Product Analyst/CRM Support – Greenwich AeroGroup

Position Summary:
Responsible for market and product analytics as well as customization, maintenance and support of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions for all Greenwich AeroGroup companies. Will work directly with companies on data mining, analysis, reports and metrics. Will train users and maximize CRM value at point of sales.  Provides summary and data driven recommendations to the companies. Position would work from the Atlanta, GA facility.

Requirements of the Position:

  • Business degree required and Information Technology courses a plus
  • 5 years of experience in complex product analyses and/or mathematical modeling
  • Aerospace industry experience preferred
  • Basic understanding of business financials and budgeting
  • Highly skilled in Excel and relational database
  • Additional Computer skills a must; including Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Access, CRM software, etc. (Salesforce.com experience plus)
  • Result-oriented, self-starter; ability to take charge in synthesizing data sets into actionable information and/or goals
  • Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to manage multiple projects and set priorities
  • Capable of establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with co-workers, employees, customers, management, suppliers and contractors to be able to effectively communicate with users to define problems and present solutions
  • Experience in performing database cleanup and/or data migration a plus
  • Available to travel and work occasional nights and weekends

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Develops and maintains aerospace product performance and related marketing metrics and dashboards
  • Provides market segmentation, quantification and trend reports by leveraging multiple market and industry databases
  • Monitors various news and web sources and provides condensed and relevant market intel reports
  • Establishes and supports cause and effect models/reports and synthesizes datasets into actionable information and/or objectives
  • Integrates analytics into CRM solution to capture data and provide information with minimal impact on users
  • Supports company and group strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting activities as applicable
  • Supports customer satisfaction measurement initiatives as applicable
  • Upload and upsert current and legacy data to the CRM software and routinely conducts mass data cleansing
  • Mine data in complex database and create and manage email and mail merge templates
  • Formulate and maintain various reports and dashboards, including creating and modifying list views, standard and custom fields and import and update business campaign data
  • Respond to CRM user inquiries or reported problems in a timely fashion (Help Desk Support)
  • Analyses software apps & add-ons to improve CRM functionality and efficiency
  • Assist in the day-to-day administration and development of Salesforce.com work requests
  • Maintains updated system documentation and Salesforce policies/procedures.
  • Maintain naming conventions of pick-lists, report folders, dashboards, etc. to improve system usability.
  • Maintains training materials for users and trains users of CRM software/Salesforce.com
  • Maintain outmost confidentiality on all documents, correspondence, research records, information, data, etc.
  • Prepares and presents reports to various company audiences and provides guidance and clarifications as required
  • Occasionally attends trade shows and events
  • Establish and promote a positive and safe work environment
  • Comply with and enforce all company rules, code of ethics and business practices
  • Attends and participate in various department and company meetings

Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the position’s superiors

  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, written and oral communication skills
    • Proficiently read, write and speak English
    • Ability to professionally write reports and clear business correspondence
    • Ability to make effective speeches and presentations on complex topics to all management levels
