Successful candidate will possess knowledge of aircraft and engine maintenance requirements and related FAA Federal Aviation Regulations; have 10 years experience in aircraft maintenance with 5 years experience in pricing, negotiating, and selling MRO services. An A&P certificate and a degree in business or marketing are preferred. Position requires a self starter with exceptional organizational skills who is proficient with a computer (MS Office and CRM software), has basic understanding of business financials and budgeting and is capable of managing multiple projects in a fast paced work environment.
