MRO Aircraft Maintenance Product Manager
Greenwich AeroGroup has an opportunity available for an experienced MRO Avionics Product Manager at our Wichita location. Responsible for the aircraft maintenance portfolio, the MRO Maintenance Product Manager will promote sales and growth opportunities for Greenwich AeroGroup companies. Successful candidate will possess knowledge of FAA requirements; have 10 years experience in aircraft maintenance with 5 years experience in pricing, negotiating, and selling MRO services. An A&P Certificate and/or a degree in business or marketing are preferred. Position requires a self starter with exceptional organizational skills who is proficient with a computer (MS Office and CRM software), has basic understanding of business financials and budgeting, is willing to hire, train, and mentor sales specialists while managing multiple projects in a fast paced work environment. Moderate travel and occasional nights/weekends will be necessary. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package including 401k match.

Responsible for the interior and paint portfolio, the MRO Interior Product Manager will promote sales and growth opportunities for Greenwich AeroGroup companies. Successful candidate will possess knowledge of FAA requirements, have 10 years experience in engineering, designing, planning and/or performing interior refurbishments/completions with 5 years experience in pricing, negotiating, and selling MRO services. A degree in business or marketing is also preferred. Position requires a self starter with exceptional organizational skills who is proficient with a computer (MS Office and CRM software), has basic understanding of business financials and budgeting, who is willing to hire, train, and mentor sales specialists while managing multiple projects in a fast pace environment. Director of Marketing
Exciting opportunity available for an experienced marketing professional at our Wichita location. Successful candidate will develop and implement strategic marketing plans and budget, direct corporate communication, control media relations including press releases, and further the branding and positive image of Greenwich AeroGroup companies. Position requires a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or advertising; 7 years experience in aviation to include branding, marketing, public relations, and trade show planning; proficiency in MS Office, Photoshop, CRM, and internet; basic understanding of business financials, commercial print, and e-marketing; ability to organize and prioritize in a busy environment and have excellent communication skills.
